Formed in 1999, the Trade & Customs Standards Association (TCSA) brings together organisations that provide or manage customs and cross-border trade—including customs brokers/intermediaries, freight forwarders, trade consultants, EoR/IoR and fiscal representation providers, 3PL/4PLs, and in-house importer/exporter teams (including retailers and marketplaces).TCSA is an independent, not-for-profit body. We set practical standards, verify members, and provide an audited trustmark so buyers—and, where relevant, shoppers—can choose partners with confidence.
